My game is frozen

I am on level 4927 but every time I try to play it, it goes to level 1 game 999. I have turned my tablet off and on again. I’ve logged out and logged back in, but nothing works. Mary Miller

Sorry to hear you are having this problem could you please answer a couple of questions so we can try and determine why this is happening and hopefully get you back to your last level

Have you changed device from when you began playing bw2

Have you needed to perform an uninstall from when you began playing bw2 💓
