Hi my friend Unfortunately the feedback I have received is that the game needs to uninstalled and reinstalled we only recommend this procedure when all else has failed 💓🎄

Hi PrettyBubbles. I already did that for Snow_Rider. It changed nothing. It doesn't make sense that I am still able to play Jackelope Tower and Star Bubbles events every Monday but not the new levels. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
