Good day,Pretty Bubbles. Well,you closed the previous discussion but we have no resolution to this ongoing problem. My question is -
why your Support Team doesn't help? Why bother doing the song and dance routine with Kingsley? This whole matter is completely sad and ridiculous. I wish you and the community a pleasant Tuesday. I don't think I will post here again.
I reached level 7910 and there are no more levels available for a week. I read that there more levels released on 3/12 but nothing...
unfortunately a few players have this issue; the latest level is 7930, released in Tuesday evening for me. Good luck. There are a ridiculous number of issues in this game - however I am lucky not to have any ๐ค

Thank you,PrettyBubbles. Do you know how long I have been plagued with this and other problems with this app? Since the summer. I cannot understand why someone cannot figure out what is the issue that is causing with this current headache. My other two games have complied well with every ios update. Bubble Witch not so much. I have decided to uninstall the game on my android phone. I don't enjoy playing on it. I will keep the game on my ipad for a little while longer and just play the daily missions. By New Year, if the problem is not resolved, I will say bye-bye to my last King Game. Thank you for your kindness.

We only recommend this process once all else has been tried and it has now reached this stage ๐๐
Thank you for your reply. Can you,Snow_Rider or King guarantee our boosters back if we post a screenshot here ? A few weeks ago I was asked to do that here and I did get them back. The uninstall/reinstall was a failure.
Hey PrettyBubbles. Just so you know, I got all of my 50 levels back. Ten previously played plus the 40 new ones. Unfortunately, I am still stuck at 7910. Cannot moved forward. I was told by someone that maybe I did not have enough storage space on my iPad. I had used 38 out of 64 GB. So, I deleted/offloaded a few to gain some space (28 out of 64GB)and unfortunately that did not work . Maybe by next Tuesday or update,things will fix themelves out? If it doesn't then maybe it's time to give the app a long break until my next tablet purchase.User id 2911699455 /iPad gen 9 /ios 18.2. Thanks for "listening".
