Glitching bad

ok so since the last new games were added, I’m having several glitches. I will go to play a new game and it loads with nothing there. So I have lost two yellow potions because of it and 3 lives so far. I’m attaching a screenshot to show nothing there, however, 20 moves with no colored balls-it’s blank.

Hi my friend sorry you are having this problem

Please clearing the game cache from your device settings menu by selecting apps then bw2 then select Storage

Over loaded cache can cause a number of problems

Once you have done this log out of the game and leave your device off for a moment or two this should reset things for you 💓🎄
