Hi the bubble witch 2/3 is not allowing me to sign in it keeps saying no connection when I am online and tried to delete it and it will not delete in order for me to reinstall it

Before you uninstall let's try a reset
Check for any pending updates
Check you have the latest game version you should be in version 1.173.0.1 bw2 and version 9.9.1.0 bw3 you can find this from information from your phone settings menu then apps then bw2/bw3
Clear the in game cache you can find this from your phone settings menu then apps then bw2/bw3 then select Storage
Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two lets see if this helps 💓
