Hi PrettyBubbles. Ermie58 here. Do you remember me? I am the avid player who has been stuck at the same level for months. Nothing we did helped me get unstuck. So, today is the day, I will get a new tablet. Hooray! Can you please be kind to guide me with the set up and also answer some questions. Thank you. All my apps will be transferred ( through my icloud account) from my old to my new tablet. Does that mean my stuck Bubbie Witch app will follow? Should I just newly install it and avoid carrying over old problems? Can I continue signing in with Facebook? I do not want to lose my progress. I am currently at level 8009 and my id number is 2911699455. Included here are all the screenshots of my progress and boosters. I am hoping that you can assist me and that this all works. I miss playing BWS2 and connecting with my FB group. Thanks again!

Hey PrettyBubbles. It did not work with my FB login and it did not work with a King login. I'm throwing in the towel. To think that one of the reasons I bought the newest ipad (with double the storage)was for this game. Ugh,stupid me. Goodbye and thanks.

Hi and good day,PrettyBubbles. I will not contact Customer Service again(Customer Service???? That's a joke!). The last time you asked me to do that,they referred me to seek my answers on the Community Page. A few hours later I was asked to rate their service. What service? Maybe it is something in my ipad's settings and that the problem transferred itself into the new one ( through the icloud).I will never know because I did not have any constructive help.Take care. The game has been deleted and I'm moving on. I am very upset and defeated.
