Hey everyone! Thanks so much for flagging this issue. The Studio is aware of the problem with lost lives and is already working on a fix. We know how frustrating this can be, and we truly appreciate your patience while the team looks into it. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we hear more!

The lastest update has just deleted all my saved messages/lives.

same for me - all lives and requests gone. Well done “support” - another non-“awesome improvement” via an update.

Mine have gone from 50 to 5 ....
I've only just got my lives all back after them being missing for about 3 months.... Does this mean it's another 3 months before I get them back again.

there’s an earlier post about this - under “support” - same has occurred for many of us.

thanks @PrettyBubbles I have closed and reopened the game several times. It did not work for me either - I see another player responded with the same issue as me. I am not particularly worried but it would be a super pain for newer and other players.
