hi I seemed to have lost all my lives from friends after latest update?

my lives are not building up when will tis be fixed getting fed up with now
WWhen will the lives issue be fixed. I can't get them built up and when I do try to use them,instead of refilling 5 it takes away 15.

Are you ever going to fix the friends list problem? I’m considering leaving this game for good.
I wonder if there is any way to remove inactive players - it seems from the fact that active players who have posted here that their lives requests are unanswered there must be many inactive players. This is also apparent from the impossible tasks requiring the group to collect 190 trillion bubbles, which we NEVER achieve. 🤷♀️

I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I recently bought a new android phone SG Fold 7. I don't know how to retrieve my saved game from my old Fold 3. The screenshot from my Fold 7 shows my account name and email address.
Even though I receive and accept additional lives, they do not show up in my life "count'"

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
