Can't Use Gold Bars BW-2

I am unable to access my gold bars and get the prompt: " bubble witch 2 connection failed cannot connect" even though my internet connection is strong. I can access on my desk top, but not my laptop.

    Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues using your Gold Bars on your laptop. Could you please try the steps below on that device:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    2. Update Windows: Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install if available.
    3. Update Microsoft Store: Open Microsoft Store > Click your profile icon > App settings > Get updates.
    4. Repair or Reset the Game: Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find the game > Advanced options > Repair or Reset.
    5. Run Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps > Run.

    Thanks for trying to help. #1 & 2 are fine #3 there is no advanced options option under Blue Stacks, only an uninstall option and greyed out modify option. Under #4 there is no "Windows Store App" under Other troubleshooters.

    What's next to try? I'm going to have to not play the game anymore if I can't access my gold bars for difficult levels and I'm afraid to delete and reinstall as I'm afraid to lose my progress (level 4774)
