Thanks for trying to help. #1 & 2 are fine #3 there is no advanced options option under Blue Stacks, only an uninstall option and greyed out modify option. Under #4 there is no "Windows Store App" under Other troubleshooters.
What's next to try? I'm going to have to not play the game anymore if I can't access my gold bars for difficult levels and I'm afraid to delete and reinstall as I'm afraid to lose my progress (level 4774)
