Why are non-players or squatters supported and continually appearing in my “team” for Nero’s quest? The lack of support for game players in this regards is appalling. Myself and others regularly complain about this issue but nothing changes. 🤷♀️
i think non players who block us finishing a line should be removed from the game after 24 hours
thank you for your reply @PrettyBubbles but I asked about regular players being matched for teams in Nero’s quest. There are obviously many non-players - hence the ridiculous goal we get every fortnight in the all player events to collect an unachievable number of bubbles. The game is sadly skewed towards helping non-players.

I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I recently bought a new android phone SG Fold 7. I don't know how to retrieve my saved game from my old Fold 3. The screenshot from my Fold 7 shows my account name and email address.

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
