In Level 3415, at the end of the level, an ‘ale’ remains in the middle of the playing area, unconnected to any other tiles. I can’t remove it, so I’m stuck. Is this a programming error?

Das funktioniert alles nicht. Ich werde wohl das Spiel löschen und mir ein anderes suchen.
Do you mean a dragon is stuck and been left on the screen? The screen does not move up to see the remaing bubbles? I have had this a few times and found the only solution is to exit the game and start again.

Force close apps and restart your device. Check that you have the latest game and device updates You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
