No matter what I do I cannot get the cheese to drop from the top tier on level 167 of AlphaBetty????

When I looked up tutorial videos other players' level 167 looked different than mine.

Level 167 has not worked since the level was changed...it is broken and needs fixing, but King do not answer my emails or even messages on Twitter. It would be nice if they at least acknowledged that there was a problem and that it will be fixed!
