You, like me, can use the translator, I don't understand why I have to do it myself.
What I said in the message was:
I have the same problem as the player @Mirna Mi.
When I try to play level 2934, I throw the first ball and the game simply stops and restarts

    Can anyone advise why my new levels have disappeared? On Thursday new levels were added from 5651 to 5670 I started playing with no problems then on Friday I went to play again and the new levels had vanished taking me back to level 5650. Iโ€™ve signed out and back in again via my king account and also Facebook but still not working. Iโ€™m playing bubble witch 2 saga.

    I'm sorry, the game was sorted but now I'm experiencing a new issue the last two days. When I login and want to play a game, no matter if I want to play the current level or if I need to go back in order to play already won levels, every level is empty. Then I press for go back and it sasy: " Quit level? You will lose a life" Underneath are two buttons: Red End Game and Green: Play on. If |I press End game, I'm returned to the Level 1. Whisc is also not possible to play. It is annoying. I can't play the game.

    Hi @MirnaMi Sorry you are experiencing this problem

    So are all levels empty when you select them

    Have you checked to make sure you have no pending updates

    Also please log out and turn your device off and on let's see if this clears things for you

    Hi @MirnaMi That is strange

    We don't currently have a known issue of this type and I have checked my game and all is good

    I remember you had this issue a while ago it's as though you have intermittent loading issues on your device

    Do you have a good connection and at least 2gb of free memory โญ
