Dear players of Bubble Witch 2 Saga,
We've got an update from the studio team- the Team Quest feature is not coming back for now.
As you know, we are constantly looking for ways to make our games more fun, interactive and challenging, with features and events that change and evolve, and that are not always available for all our players at the same time (we split them up into randomly selected groups so we can keep them running and you have a better chance of accessing each feature)
We appreciate it may be frustrating to have lost the Team Quest feature, but you'll likely be getting another feature very soon. ❤️ Thanks for your understanding and for your patience.

When I go into the team quest page and bubble witch saga 2, screen locks up and I cannot choose my quest or exit out. I have to force quit the app. I have version 1.137.0.0 on an iPad (6th generation) OS, 15.2.1. Also, I have 16.5 GB available. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Thx!
I did not face this issue. But I think you can try troubleshooting and signing out of your account and sign in again. You can also try restarting you device. I hope this helps.

Have you tried @StellaDickens useful tip she gave. If you have and this has not worked then further help for BW2 is available from customer support

update: the problem resolved itself once another team member finished the quest…

I have completed a line in the current team quest. It will not update. I can't even do any more quests. The game won't allow it.

From your screenshot there are no completed lines 🤔
The completion needs to be across or down only 💓
All buttons at bottom of screen if selected freezes everything .. I have restarted phone and logged out and back in .. what is the problem?
Hi Welcome Sorry to hear you are having this issue
Currently we have no known issues with freezing
Can you please check for any pending updates and re try logging out and leaving your phone off for a moment or two
