Please try clearing your game cache from your phones settings menu then check for any pending updates also then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two 💓

Hi I don't recognise that device so I think it may not be compatible any longer as you can now only play using a mobile device with android or apple IOS 10 or above💓
