Hi I don't recognise that device so I think it may not be compatible any longer as you can now only play using a mobile device with android or apple IOS 10 or above💓

We don't currently have any know issues with players not being able to progress when they are using compatible devices and platforms

Please try clearing your game cache from your phones settings menu then check for any pending updates also then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two 💓
