It can be a number of reasons
Please try checking for any pending updates log out of your game then turn your device off for a moment or two this may reset things
It could also be your device is no longer compatible can you tell me your device and what platform you play with đź’“
Please help me, I have passed level 199 on bubble witch 2 a few times but im not moving up to the next level??? Why???

Usually if you had had your progress saved once you play a level then log out and restart your device your levels will return if you have tried this and they have not returned please use the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and make a request to have your levels manually restored

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
