Has there been an update in the last 24 hours because yesterday I could play the game fine. Today, when I select a level on the map the game just crashes.
Tried phone reboot, no change. Not trying uninstall/reinstall yet as I have lots of freebie boosters I don't want to lose 😆
Samsung galaxy S9 if that helps (old I know but it still works)

Hi yes we had an update on Friday please check that yours is still not pending
Also clear the cache from within your phone settings then completely log of and don't re boot select to turn your device off and leave it for at least 1 minute

Ok so I did everything you asked and still nothing. When I select the level I'm on in the world map the game just force closes.
Also, since logging out and back in my messages have vanished so I assume I have lost all of my stored lives. I'll also guess that I have lost all my saved boosters (I had lots!!!)
Looks like the update has broken the game for my device, not to mention I have most likely been robbed of all my lives and boosters now.
Looks like my time on this game has come to an end.

Hi guys I am thinking it may be your devices as you can now only play bw2 via a mobile device all other devices will no longer be supported and you won't receive any updates for your game

It sounds as though you have finaly reached the last available supported level

Hi ok are you using our supported platform which with Samsung is Android: Google Play
have you checked you have not got our recent update pending and have a minimum of 2gig free memory as this is necessary
Also please clear cache from your phones settings menu
We don't currently have this as a known issue so I am trying to get you back into your game 💓

6.8 gig free on my phone, game version is 1.154.2, I went on the play store and there is no update pending. I have cleared the cache for this app and it makes no difference.
I appreciate the help, it just appears that something in the new update has broken the game for people on older devices.

Hi ok thank you for all your information unfortunately there are no more trouble shooting we can do
When we have reached this stage the final thing we then suggest is a uninstall then reinstall
With this procedure if you have any saved boosters you will loose them but this is always a last resort suggestion we give and in your case you have reached this stage 💓
