I am also having the same problem. I have an S10 and I have plenty of gigs. I've checked for any updates and there are none. I've done all of the things that you have suggested and still nothing. My Bingo game disappeared first and then when I click on a level, my phone automatically goes back to all of my icons on my phone. I am way far up in the 5000's levels and would hate to lose any of my progress. Can you please help?

On Aug 19, after completion of a potion quest, this issue with game crashing after level selection, started for me,also. I am on Level 8000 so am not interested in re-installing Bubble Witch Saga 2, ver. 1.154.2. I am using a Samsung Galaxy tablet S5e, Android ver. 11. Technically, something changed in the software.
