That is a shame. Old phone traded in already. And what is more frustrating is that team quests disappeared suddenly & seemed not fixed anytime soon. I'm at level 6353 but all these problems are making the game boring now.

Yes unfortunately its because they are saved to your device and not your game
If its still possible you can still play on your old phone until they have been used up 💓
Upgraded my phone. My Levelland stays but everything (boosters earned & extra lives) are all gone. Tried everything and still could not get the game back as b4.

My bubble witch2 game is all changed and I did not do it. Closer by the minute to deletion unless you fix it. Please do something like responding to my messages…there have been many.

When the piggy bank is full you can then if you choose purchase the gold bars these can the be used to give you extra moves if you haven't completed a level
As you are new to the community if you go to the top of the page you will see a box that says "hot right now in bw2 " if you select this you will find useful information to help you better understand the game you will also see links where you collect badges 💓
What is the gold bars in the bank used for in t he game 2. Was given game but no instructions? Can't find a guide that explains these things to me.
Hi @MirnaMi Sorry to hear that I wish you would of came her for some help before uninstalling as we only recommend that procedure as a last resort as you do loose any boosters previously saved
Can you still play but your levels have dropped if so first check for any pending updates then clear the game cache from your device settings then play a level log out and leave your device off for a moment or two if your progress had been being saved this should restore your levels

Hello, I couldn't login to the game for 24 hrs, so I uninstalled the game and installed it again. Two days ago my last level was 4325. I can't make a screenshot because I couldn't login to the game. Help.
Hi @thanisjack I presume the screenshots showing your boosters are off your old phone
Yes unfortunately any boosters are not transferred as they are saved to your device and not your game 💓

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
