I have won game no. 5087 numerous times and my name Margaret is there as the highest score. But each time I have won it has sent me back there for the last 3 weeks. When the bingo game vanished bubble witch 2 kept crashing when I tried to play. 3 times I have uninstalled & reinstalled. Before the crash I had also won 5088. My husband has no problem even though we both have a Samsung Note 8.
Hi sorry to hear that my friend can you first check your have no pending updates then logg out of everything then clear the game cache from your device settings
Also you need to have a minimum of 2gig free memory at all times
Now leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if that resets things for you

Hi if the trouble shooting has not worked when it usually corrects this type if problem then please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may be able to look further into your issue

Support has not come back to me.๐ฅ every day I try & win it again. Ttoday I again won it but screen says I am still on it. Sorry I made a mistake on the game number it is 5087 casper. I am in competition with my husband & he is fast catching me up. He is happy the bingo is back for both of us.

We have no known issue with any players passing this level
Customer services are usually very good so its strange you say you have not received any response your first response would be an automated receipt with a reference number

You ID can not be used by anyone other thank king
It is not your names it is numbers to obtain your ID please select the cog wheel at the bottom of your game start up screen then select profile then tap the word king at the top of the page this will reveal your ID
As you hadn't had this to pass on to customer services this will be why your issue couldn't be dealt with
Once you obtain your ID please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and fully explain and add your ID
