Game Freezes when going to Team Quests

My dad who plays this game is having trouble when going to Team Quests. The game freezes when he opens the tab. He cannot click any of the green boxes and cannot close the tab.

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it fixes the problem only temporarily. It goes back to freezing when he clicks on Team Quests after the first time he clicks on the tab.

Any way to fix this problem?

Hi my friend welcome Please clear the game cache from your device settings menu then play 1 level close everything and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets things

Hi. Thank you for the response. After trying what you suggested, it still has not fixed the problem. My dad plays on an Android, Samsung S20 FE.

Have you checked there are no pending updates if so as you have already tried the uninstall and the further steps here you will need to select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services that all procedures from the community have failed they may be able to look into it further 💓
