From having a look online it seems we are not alone with this issue, but there doesn't appear to be a permanent fix and I still haven't managed to get a response from King that isn't automated referring me back here 😡 I hope you have more luck!
As of yesterday, I’m having the same issue! BW2 level 1524 is not loading and it’s very frustrating. I have also reached out to support and no response yet.
Please keep sending emails until you get a response
Be firm in your email saying we have refered you as here in the community we have given all trouble shooting steps and they have not worked so we can do more

I've not received ed a response from my email on 3rd September so I'm nor holding out much hope, I've emailed again..…

I have had this problem a couple of times in the past. The only solution I know is to reinstall the game but this means you'll loose all your boosters.
There is definitely a problem.
Hi prettybubbles, how can I get a response from an actual person, I just keep getting the automated response with the clear cache etc and check the community and never get a response back to a reply to that message, I am beyond frustrated 😔

Same issue here on an iPad Pro 2020 with iOS 17.6.1 & plenty of free memory. Support told me not to delete and reinstall game again but to wait for an update so my boosters wouldn’t get lost. They had me send a video of my screen so they could see what was happening. Hopefully 🤞 it will be working again soon and the update won’t take too long. I do think this must be a widespread issue.
