I don’t understand why this support group is separate from the development team - or why isn’t there someone from the development team reading the posts and assisting first hand? There is understandably an issue with cross-communication. Again, it is extremely poor customer service from King.

Do you mean: 1.169.1.0 BubbleWitch2 version that was released Tuesday October 15 2024? Or is there a new one to correct the slow to load and freezing issues that remain in 1.169.1.0?

1.169.1.0 BubbleWitch2 takes a long time to load and freezes a couple of times (sometimes 3) for each level I play.

Hopefully this is what you want to restore my boosters. I am deleting and reinstalling the game right now.
Ok-just reinstalled and signed in. Right now, game loads quickly and isn’t freezing
My gold bars did transfer over as did my play level.
Of course, I lost all of my boosters
Will you please restore them now?
As you can see, I have lots of boosters of all six kinds.
