just yesterday my BW2 game won’t let me generate lives after going thru 5 I’ve always been able to do this until last evening

The same thing is happening to me. I have been emailing technical assistance all day. Nothing they say I should do works. They won’t give me a phone number to call them. If anyone knows why this is happening please let me know. Thank you.
