I was having the same issue for weeks too…as a last resort, frustrated, I today logged out of my account and logged back in....after an hour or so…I seem to have got my lives back.
I too have lost all of my lives and can not receive lives from other players. I have been playing this game for many years and this is the first time I have had any issues. I hope you are working to find out what the issues are.
I'm sick of this too. I quite playing for a very long time when you couldn't play on FB anymore and I had to start all over from level 1. They are about to lose me again.
Agree. Can we please get an idea of when this will be fixed?
this fault has been more than a week now. I have no lives as I have "no new messages". Please get it fixed as my 5 lives have been used rapidly and then I have to quit,not hanging around and definitely not purchasing lives.

All my lives and friends have disappeared since you added this new level.
I’ve had the same problem since the last update. Lives disappeared and I can give but when I try to request nothing happens
I also lost a bunch of "reserve" lives. Try reconnecting to FB. It brought some of those lives back for me. 🤙🏼😎

I have never received lives following a login. Prior to this “no lives” issue I did not get lives until after I played one game. 🤷♀️

I too have lost all my lives and friends list, will persevere for a week then delete all my king accounts as it looks like this has been raised several times and nothing has been done about
I'm not sure about my password, would be frightened I went back to level 1.
I tried logging out and logging back in hoping to resolve the lives issue. All of my progress was deleted and the issue was not resolved.
Thats awful, mine warned me if I logged out i'd start again at level 1. They are not bothering their backsides!

I have the same issue. I have been texting King but nothing they suggest I do works. I am now getting one or two. When I see who sent lives I have scrolled down and found that approximately 79 lives were sent to me but when I accept I still only get 1 or 2. So I really don’t know the reason and obviously neither does King.Sorry

I recently bought a new android phone SG Fold 7. I don't know how to retrieve my saved game from my old Fold 3. The screenshot from my Fold 7 shows my account name and email address.

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
