It started after I got a new Phone and had to download the game from the start. My lifes were gone and didn't come back.

wow - sadly the issue in this game never end and while the people here are personable - the people in the studio don’t care. It is appalling service.

i am receiving lives and accept them but are not there? Why is this issue still happening? Its months now

ByPlease help, it's frustrating to wait so long to continue playing this great game... I won't uninstall it even if it takes me hours to wait for lives... Greetings.

I had the same problem after the last iOS update

if I do a reset will I lose all my items and bubbles too

mine was fine also, I had to reconnected my game to my facebook and I got them back
