Why does King have Support?

Hello. I would like to know why does King have Support ? Clearly, they do not offer any assistance. All they do is direct the players to this page. Why? Why is there not a tech savvy person writing to me and try to help me with my current problem. Why go through the song and dance routine with Kingsley only to waste more time to get a formulaic response from your firecracker support team. I am so mad that I can't play my favourite game. Forty new levels and still stuck at 7910. I'm going to have to offload your app soon because I don't see any resolution. Maybe I will go back and catch up on Lost Bubble. Sigh…………..

You know, my dear awesome Aussie friend, something in the group page did not make sense to me. I was told by someone that I did not have enough storage to keep on playing Bubble Witch (28gb out of 64gb). But…I did have two other game apps last year. I deleted them because they took up too much of my time. So,I have been down to 4 games for awhile now and I cannot understand as to why this is happening lately. I truly believe that Bubble Witch,ios 18 and my ipad ( gen 9) are not compatible. Case closed. Thanks for being a sweet friend.
