Thanks,PrettyBubbles. I really do hope this is fixed soon. Bubble Witch is the first game I play every morning. If I can't play the new levels then it's time to put this app in a deep sleep ( offload it with its data intact) and resurrect it whenever get a new tablet.
it’s a shame the studio isn’t putting in equal effort. I guess it’s easier to blame the players for issues. Snow rider has posted an updated - but it’s situation as usual. This company is unbelievable !
Hey benniem27.Thanks for your input. I still can't play. I wasted so much time figuring out what could possibly be the reasons why. I offloaded some apps to create more storage and that didn't work. I compared my husband's ipad's settings to mine and found no difference. I searched online about things that I could do but the solutions were all pointless. This all started with ios 18 but I have always had a problem here and there all along with this King Game. It sucks that Support does nothing to help their players. Nothing! How dare they ask us to rate them with every plea sent their way. PrettyBubbles and Snow_Rider have been nice here but again what have I accomplished so far. Nothing. I'm stuck with a beloved game that I cannot play on Tuesdays. I can play every Team Quests,every Jackelope Tower game and every Star Bubbles event but not the new levels. Why? I need to know why? Ugh! This is so FRUSTRATING!

Hello PrettyBubbles and Snow_Rider. I have had enough. 80 new levels and still stuck at 7910. Plus, I screwed up my ipad yesterday just to try to figure out what I can do. There is nothing! So, your app will be offloaded. Thank you for your help but…I just can't anymore! Buh-bye.

Hello PrettyBubbles.i attached a screenshot of my ipad's info.My user ID is 2911699455. My login is via Facebook and I have been playing this game since Day One. I have never been so disappointed in a game as much as this one. I must have written about 20 letters to support in 2024. Why? Too many problems to list. But they( or it) keep telling me to come here. Your app is currently offloaded. It's in my iPad ( documents and data are saved) but in a coma. If your tech team needs to investigate my app,do you need me to "wake it up"? Anyway, I thank you. I honestly did not expect a reply due to the tone of my last two posts(ANGER). Look forward to a happy impossible surprise.
