If you play any level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two if you had been previously saving your progress your levels will return
However any saved boosters will not as they are saved to the device and not the game ๐

Hi my friend if you select the cog wheel bottom left of your game screen then select the figure icon as below it will tell you if your progress is being saved if not then follow the instructions you will see to save it ๐๐

this is all I see when I try to open my profile after clicking the cog wheel ๐คทโโ๏ธ I wish to check my ID as I need assistance from support. I have tried this a few times. I have plenty of free space on my iPhone 12 max pro; I regularly clear game cache.

Hi @benniem27 could you please try the following:
- Log out of your Facebook accountย on your Safari and clear its cache

- Sign out of your Apple ID, please
Here's how to do that:
1- Go to Settings > [your name].
2- Scroll down to the bottom.
3- Tap Sign Out.
4- Enter your Apple ID password and tap Turn Off.
5- Turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of on your device.
6- Tap Sign Out.
7- Tap Sign Out again to confirm that you want to sign out of iCloud.
When that's done,- Restart your device
- Log back into your Apple ID
- Log back into yourย Facebook/King Accountย in the game.
