We don't currently have a known issue regarding this
Check your device and game are updated and you have at least 2gig of free memory along with a strong Internet connection
Please clear the game cache from your device settings menu by choosing apps then bw2
log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two
Now play any other level and once again leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you 💓

The last thing to try my friend would be to uninstall and reinstall
We recommend this last if all troubleshooting has failed as you will loose any saved boosters 💓
