Hello. Well, I did a factory reset on my ipad and because everything was backed up to my icloud,nothing was lost.But,Bubble Witch Saga 2 insists on being extremely troublesome. It is still stuck at level 7910 and I can see 100 levels ahead of it. It is so frustrating when a beloved game becomes useless storage.Maybe I should delete it once and for all. Support is not helping me, you and the people in my fan group just keep offering me sympathetic words. I don't need that. I just want to play. Someone in the group did say that maybe I don't have enough storage to support the game( I was at 32gb out of 64). With the reset,I am down to 20gb. So, clearly the problem is with the app,the initial ios 18 install and ipad generation 9. I once had a casino app that was causing problems with my previous ipad. What did the techs do? We exchanged several emails until the problem was fixed. They took care of me. Also, most of my game apps have weekly or biweekly updates. With this one, there has been nothing in a month. Yes,I know it was the holiday period but this situation is just not right. So flipping exasperated by all of this. What a waste of time ! Player ID 2911699455.

Hey PrettyBubbles. I told you yesterday that I was not feeling optimistic about doing what you asked me to do. I followed your directions. Wrote under Contact Us,received an automated useless reply and it was followed by a survey asking me to rate their NON-SERVICE. Is this a joke? It has been like this for a long time with me. No one actually helps me with the various problems I have had with this app in the past year.The earlier problems disappeared on their own but this current one is AGGRAVATING. IT HAS GONE WAY TOO LONG. Does anyone care? How do they expect me to rate this experience? I really think it doesn't matter because no one is actually reading these surveys right? I would love to see what work actually happens at King Games. I am upset for you. You were such a good player and team member. Everything has gone downhill since they left Facebook. Thinking of you. 😢
