This has finally resolved for me! I hadn’t received any messages/lives since the end of October; I opened the game this morning and I suddenly had all of my messages and lives back. I don’t know what you did, but thank you, finally.

Hi, this issue has been going on for months, unresolved. I've given up. I check in once in a while, nothing's changed. They don't care. Good luck with it.
