Can't Use Gold Bars BW-2

Question

I am unable to access my gold bars and get the prompt: " bubble witch 2 connection failed cannot connect" even though my internet connection is strong.  I can access on my desk top, but not my laptop.

Thanks for trying to help.  #1 & 2 are fine  #3 there is no advanced options option under Blue Stacks, only an uninstall option and greyed out modify option.  Under #4 there is no "Windows Store App" under Other troubleshooters.

What's next to try?  I'm going to have to not play the game anymore if I can't access my gold bars for difficult levels and I'm afraid to delete and reinstall as I'm afraid to lose my progress (level 4774)

* Sign in to your Microsoft account.
* Update Windows: Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install if available.
* Update Microsoft Store: Open Microsoft Store > Click your profile icon > App settings > Get updates.
* Repair or Reset the Game: Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find the game > Advanced options > Repair or Reset.
* Run Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps > Run.
