I am using a mobile device iPad Pro with up to date iOS but game gets to 62% and then crashes; hop next update fixes this-still waiting

I think this is a widespread problem. Customer care told me to wait for an update instead of deleting and reinstalling the game this time. No update yet and game keeps crashing. 😢

A representative who sent me an email asked me to send the video. They also sent me directions on how to do it.

I didn’t speak to a person-I filled out a form that I got to by clicking on help in the app itself.

Same issue here on an iPad Pro 2020 with iOS 17.6.1 & plenty of free memory. Support told me not to delete and reinstall game again but to wait for an update so my boosters wouldn’t get lost. They had me send a video of my screen so they could see what was happening. Hopefully 🤞 it will be working again soon and the update…
