@zellaholley You can see them be fore playing a level and click on it. Some boosters are automatically available for use like the timed ones. Also at the bottom of your screen while you are playing you have to click on the booster you want to use.

I used them mostly on legendary and nightmare levels. I am currently on a 30 something episode race win streak. They go faster than you think.
