Need to speak with a Human Agent (Tier 2) - Critical Issue

My game is normal! I opened the game and the stamp overlay no longer appears. I played an old level, then a new level and indeed the error disappeared, I received only one stamp, the one for the sixth day. It seems miraculous! Thank you!

More than a month ago I wrote here about my problem. I contacted the Help center and was redirected to find help in the Community. When I open the game, but also after each level played, 2 stamps from Daily stamps overlap and the game freezes. Please, help me!

Hi @cicci_82_

It would be best to contact Player Support directly through the game app instead of email. When you use the in-game option, your game details are automatically included, which helps the team find your account and investigate much faster.

Here’s how to reach them:

Open your game
Tap the Settings (cogwheel)
Go to Account & Help
Tap Help Center
Choose any topic
Scroll down and tap Contact Us

Also, I tried checking for your email contact but couldn’t find any record on our side. It’s possible the request didn’t come through properly.

If you’ve received any automated reply, could you share the ticket ID here? I can take a closer look for you.

Yes, I replied above the line, and since it was Easter, I replied again above the line to the same email. Let's hope for the best! I will let you know if I managed to solve the problem! Thank you so much!

I am not sure if it makes any difference @cicci_82_ but when you reply to the automated response there is a line at the top of the email that says you 'must reply above this line'

Did you reply above the line? If you emailed during the Easter break then no one would be available to answer your question.

Reply to your automatic reply again,above the line, stating your problem again and that you need an agent to contact you.

Wait 72 hours then let us know how you got on.

Do not send several emails. Always reply to the first automated reply you receive

@cicci_82_ They usually respond pretty quickly. Sometimes it takes hours or a few days.

I contacted them via email and they replied, but it was just a useless automated message that didn't solve the problem. I replied to that email many days ago, informing them that the issue was not resolved, but no human being has helped me yet. Thank you very much for your reply

You need to reply to the automated email letting them know that the issue is not fixed. That should get you a ticket number and (hopefully) a human within 72 hours. Good luck.
