@boukehj Hi again, have tested and you are right it has been made easier but the licorice will not fall on right side after initial 4 .I will ask @kiara_wael to have a look as well as think it will need passing on but as its the weekend now it may be Monday before we can do anything

@andy1101 Hi, Hopefully you should see soon i would give it a little longer and then maybe contact customer support regarding this if you still not received, but keep restarting your device as sometimes it needs this for the reward to kick in. It could be the fix for the error may come in an update Thank you

@pontius Hi and welcome, The game team monitor these levels closely and if the data and feedback they receive deems necessary they will amend the level. Cannot remember which level but on has already been amended from collecting 50 yellows down to 20 Thank you

Please try the standard troubleshooting tips of checking game is up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this forces the reward to kick in. if not guessing they will be still be working on this although i do know some people have got there rewards Thank you

I can appreciate your frustration with this but in the last 12 months the game has changed an awful lot and certain features have been permanently removed from the game so now the options to gain boosters is greatly reduced. they can also be device specific so as i play multi device i find someβ¦
