@hechicerilla Is this happening every time to you as mine was very hit and miss, sometimes worked perfectly and others had your problem and once with candy not dropping for some unknown reason. Feel for you as i know i put pics up with some problems and then pic with no problem. Strange for me but everyone else reporting…

@tscheip Hi, They are two different things but i dont know if you have used same information for both. I can only suggest you try signing into a different device with the details you think for the game to be sure you have the correct details

@melnadge Hi and welcome, Try signing out and the restart your device and then sign back in and see if this rectifies your levels if not try playing a level as sometimes it takes this to get it to sync to the server correctly.
