@Squirrelwife . Hi and welcome, unfortunately on mobile devices your boosters are stored on the device itself. So if you mobile device or game crashes, you uninstall or even change device your boosters are lost and are not recoverable. Unless you had any unused purchased boosters you could then contact customer support…

@kck1001 If i remember correctly this level has been amended to make it a little easier. Please check your game for an update, then log out and restart your device then log back in and hopefully you should see the revised version of this level Thank you

@gigiwest Hi and welcome, I have Dach's delivery service when you have to complete quests sometimes with different characters (otis being one) from the game but you do not get a reward from completing 1 quest . you and you team need to collect 2 quests to get a small reward and then all 6 quest to get a bigger reward.…
