Go to your settings, click on apps, find CC, click on that, there will be a clear cache & clear data, but only clear the cache. If this doesn't help either Roger, I'll get a King moderator to check into it as soon as they come on. Thank you for your patience! Jilly

What does it show you when you go to the app on Google Play does it just say uninstall or play? You might want to see if your software for your device is also updated that might be an issue go to your settings, go down to system updates, check for software update.

Okay I check that email address against king.com and it's not recognized so you may not have registered with king.com so have you played through Facebook? Or is there another email you could have used in the past?

Okay Roger, you will probably have to clear browsing data and your cache on your tablet. Logout of facebook again through your games. Stay logged out.
