Yes, I use this too. Rarely, it gives 15 minutes of color bombs and lollypop hammers, which is nice too.

It looks like you can accept the challenge, scroll down to an easy old level, win it, and get your Candy Necklace restored to have a better chance on your current level. Needs more testing, though.
