Goodness me @Deal_One. Reinstalling the game every time you need a new link is unfathomable. The invite button not working might be a related issue, as the game checks with the server both when generating and activating the link. They must have some sort of problem with your account on the server side. So unfortunate.

After tapping the butterfly, do you complete the level on the same try, @Jeannz ? If not, the butterfly won't count.

Yes, in the latest version of the game the level IS different. Please update the game app.

Hello @janathebian This level had an issue, but it has been fixed and the level should now look like this: Could you please check if you have an update available? It looks like your game is out of date.

Could it be that the link has expired @Deal_One ? It's only valid for a few days. In any case, if the old one stopped working, try generating a new one. If the new one doesn't work, then you'll have to contact Support again, I'm afraid.

I think you need to post your game ID in that thread, and then wait for a gift to arrive in your game, but I don't know for how long @Deal_One . I am guessing that gifts are not sent during weekends, though.

Butterflies are not found on every level, and in fact they don't appear very often. Sometimes, there is one butterfly per episode, sometimes two, sometimes none at all. When you see a butterfly, you have to tap on it and then win the level on that same attempt to add it to your collection.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but did you win the level after tapping on the butterfly? You have to win the level on the same attempt, or else it will not be counted.
