  • The level at the top of the player card is not updated as frequently as other stats, which can lead to inconsistencies.   • Have you tried clicking on those padlocks @thekaelieshow ? If it doesn't work, restart the game and play one level before clicking on the padlocks. I've heard in this forum that the locked prizes can sometimes be claimed this way.
