Sorry to hear about this 😯 If you're playing on mobile device, make sure it has a strong internet connection and that is connected to either your facebook or King account. If all is good with your internet and the game is connected, try restarting your device and give it another try. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi there, we've decided to temporarily remove the Friendship System from the game. Instead, we will revert back to the previous version of the game, where you will once again have the ability to request lives through the previous system. Hope this clears out any doubts 🙂
