I put up a few posts here and there and tryed a few recommendations from support to other players but nothing worked. I even created a new Facebook with the same email to try and log in with the Facebook account to see if that would work. I don't think deleting the app is going to help, I think it's happening with their servers or people with outdated cell phones/ operating system. Or they needs to update and upgrade And get way more servers. check out @Diamond_Lim

I'm going through the same thing, alot of people are having problems. I think They are doing social experiments, like giving other player's around the world a chance to get ads/boosters and events cause their servers can only handle so much traffic and it lags/boots you off. Well that's just one possibility.

No lie. I was playing for three months and made it to level 3398 . I did play when Candy Crush first started about 20 years ago and I was on on level 300 and sum and women all up in my head I gave up and went in the woods. Now I'm back and support the community here.
