How long will this take as it is disappointing..I as well as others I am sure, are quite frustrated

When do you expect this to rectified as I as well as many have been playing this game for years and had no issues till now…Its frustrating

I have had unlimited lives forever and now it seems to be gone … is there a fix for this ?.

I still cannot and have sent my credentials to you guys..I have tried to sync from Facebook to king with no success..I am on level 6 on king and king 2000 something on Facebook..I still play Facebook side as it works without messages( lives) but it has my score ...I play on my iPad 6 and iPhone 11

12073629181 is user ID ....SO do I save my game on sign in through Facebook and then sign out of Facebook and into king and if so how do I save the game?€

I am not on level 2016 Hmphhhhh!!!!

So I am on level 2016 through Facebook login...When I log out of Facebook, log into king and play the the level (5) I am on there, log out of king and close all apps, turn off my iPad, turn it back on and sign into king and open game I am still on level 5.............Is there a step I am missing ... ????

So I can’t play on my my iPhone not iPad and I can’t log into Facebook?~Does this mean I lose my progress and start at level 1?
