Well the only way to make sure you're progress is safe is by actively connecting your game to Facebook or Kingdom, have you done that previously? If it's updated I don't understand what you mean when you say it's not installing, what are the steps that you're taking leading up to this?

If it's an Android device you have then go check in the Play Store and make sure you've got the latest update installed. There was some issues recently with Android devices not connecting to Facebook properly.

If you have a Kingdom account and actively connected your game to it, then yeah your progress should be saved. Go on to the King.com site directly and see what level you appear on there just to check.

I don't think you can't change your email on your King Care account as it's linked to your Facebook. Try this out, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again.
