What happened to your game to begin with? If you frequently connected your game to Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will have been synced and you'll be able to carry on where you left off by signing into that account again in the game.

Could you share a screenshot of what your saga map looks like? Might help point out whats going on in your game.

Are you playing offline by any chance? Might be worth disconnecting and reconnecting your game from facebook or kingdom, whichever of the two you use. I'd also check for any game updates from the play store just in case.

If you're still on level 1920 on your android then it will sync to your FB again once you download the latest update for the game. Came out a few days ago to address this problem.

It's the way it's been made, there's nothing broken to fix. Only progress and gold bars sync across devices.

It might be useful if you take a screenshot of what your seeing and post it in here. Does you're roadblock have a timer on it?

Do you usually connect to Kingdom or do you connect to Facebook instead?

On levels like this it doesn't matter if you've made it over the minimum score as you also need to clear the 77 double jelly squares, and also if a candy bomb explodes before you've completed all your moves, the level will be considered failed.

If you check the game on Facebook directly you will know exactly where and if the game has been synced to your account. If it comes up as on level 1 then your account was not connected to game on your old phone. Are you saying you don't remember you ID and password for Facebook?!
