Lost my old level in new mobile with same phone no.

I was on 800 level. I have to change my mobile. connected with Facebook. But in new mobile I do have to start from 1st level.what mistake I have done, I don't know.It is very stressful for me.Can you help me to get my old level app. 800 level. Mobile no. is same. I don't remember the ID and password of the account I connected it from. How can I reach on my old level?

If you check the game on Facebook directly you will know exactly where and if the game has been synced to your account. If it comes up as on level 1 then your account was not connected to game on your old phone. Are you saying you don't remember you ID and password for Facebook?!
