If you also cleared the data there's not much you can do as you effectively wiped everything in your game that ins't sync on server. At this point personally I would uninstall and re-install again.

There are events and challenges that occur in most of king games where you can generally win some type of reward like gold bars and boosters.But apart from that, yeah I think they are generally purchased.

First things to check is see if there are any updates for the app in the Windows Store. Failing that, reinstalling the game usually helps but you will lose any banked messages and boosters too.

Do you have any more details Jaak? As far as I know Jelly isn't playable on Facebook at the moment, seems to be still in the pipeline at the moment so not sure what it is that you're trying to do exactly.
